Residence Buildings

Trinity’s residences: St. Hilda’s College and ¾Ã¾ÃÊÓƵ

¾Ã¾ÃÊÓƵ has two residence buildings where Trinity students live: the St. Hilda’s College building, and the ¾Ã¾ÃÊÓƵ building. Our residence buildings each come with unique features that enhance the residence experience of our students. The buildings are located a 2 minute walk from each other, and students each have access to most of the residence amenities and services located in both buildings. Both spaces are beautiful old Toronto buildings with lots of character and students have equal opportunity from within both spaces to connect with peers, and to immerse themselves into the ¾Ã¾ÃÊÓƵ community and the University of Toronto student experience.

ST. HILDA’S COLLEGE RESIDENCE

Located across the street from the ¾Ã¾ÃÊÓƵ building, at 44 Devonshire Place, St. Hilda’s College is one of Trinity’s two residence buildings. It houses both first year and upper year students within 200+ single, double and triple occupancy rooms. St Hilda’s College is located a short walk from St. George subway station on the TTC, and several exciting features of the downtown Toronto core. A large variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, museums, parks, and residential neighbourhoods are all within walk of St. Hilda’s College.

The Rooms

The rooms in St Hilda’s College are unique to each other, no two rooms are quite the same. St Hilda’s College residents live in single, double, and triple occupancy rooms, in dorm style hallways, with shared washroom and kitchen facilities. Within the St. Hilda’s College building there is a rooftop garden, Trinity’s Abbott Room – Wellness Space, several shared common spaces for students to study or spend downtime within, and music practice rooms. Each student living in residence is provided: a single bed, desk and chair; lamp, garbage can and recycling bin; closet or wardrobe and mirror; and high-speed cable internet connection and smoke detector.Ìý
